RICARDO FELICIANO JR. is a registered architect of the Philippines with his own private architectural practice for over a decade, providing comprehensive architectural, interior, landscape and other design services as required by clients.

Prior to this and upon acquiring a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of the Philippines, he worked under the mentorship of Froilan Hong & Partners, where he honed his skills in various types of projects including a partnership stint with Upham International Corporation which specialized in work on various facilities of the U.S Air and Naval Bases in Clark and Subic.

He was then hired as Project Architect of First International Representatives and Contractors Corporation, delivering wide-ranging architectural services as required by the company’s design-build or project contractor functions.  This includes design development and programming, preparation of construction drawing and contract documents, technical specification, cost estimation and actual construction supervision and coordination.

He was promoted to Planning and Development Officer after completing a short Construction Management Course from the Asian Institute of Management.  His responsibilities evolved into project development and management, from conceptualization and feasibility evaluation to finance and marketing, apart from his project architect functions.

His portfolio embraces diverse project types for a wide range of social strata, from low-cost housing, mid-range residential, commercial and institutional buildings, to high-end vacation and leisure development projects.
